We will not be responsible for:
1. Damage resulting from abuses ore excessive conditions of temperature, humidity, sulphur, salt air, or lack of proper maintenance.
2. String breakage, tarnishing or rusting.
3. Changes in the condition of cabinet finish.
4. Tuning
Conditions:
1. The company shall be under no obligation:
(a) In any case in which the defect is due in any way to wear and tear , dirt, neglect, corrosion, accident or other similar cause.
(b) If the original purchaser purchases under a hire purchase agreement and is in arrears with his payments under such an agreement.
(c) If the unit has been installed, altered or repaired otherwise than by a person authorised by the Retailer named on the Registration Card or by the Company.
(d) If the unit has been operated otherwise than from a position approved by the Retailer from whom it was supplied or by the Company.
2. This warranty protects only the original purchaser to whom the unit was first delivered on a retail sale or an agreement for hire or hire purchase and is not transferable.
3. The Company shall not in any event be liable for any consequential or contingent loss or damage whatsoever, including fire, theft and water damage.
4. This warranty is in lieu of all other Warranties expressed or implied and of all other obligation and liabilities on our part in respect of this unit and we do not assume nor authorise any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the said sale.
Your Piano must be tuned and inspected every 12 months by an approved Technician for the Warranty to apply.
